MATERIAL INNOVATION
Our primary objective was to explore the use of polyester as a material for creating complex 3D forms, challenging conventional techniques. However, we encountered tolerance limitations.
ADJUSTABLE SYSTEM FOR INSTALLATION
Flamelusion sought to go beyond aesthetics by incorporating adjustable systems for projecting videos and regulating flame effects. Our objective was to engineer a control system that would optimize the performance of the fireplace blocks during installation, guaranteeing an immersive and dynamic user experience.

We aimed to develop a flexible silicone mold combined with vacuum epoxy casting, enabling us to achieve unparalleled precision and consistency in production. This innovative approach ensured that each fireplace could be reproduced with absolute accuracy.

We focused on integrating animated LED lighting to illuminate the installation from below, creating captivating visual effects. Our expertise in pigment adjustment and surface treatment ensured optimal light transmission and enhanced the overall ambiance of the fireplace.
