Designed for underground parkings where it is always dark. The sign is lighted during the whole day so we used energy efficient LED lighting that consumes only 1/10 of a traditional system.
We only made 2 molds, to integrate near all the functions. The complete sign is assembled without the use of glue, rubber parts or other fixing products. Instead of painting the sign we gave it an anodic treatment to give it the black color. Clean recycling is now possible.
When a car hits the sign the picto-plate swings around a PP hinge so it dont gets damaged. We worked out a complete modular system that handles every size between 30cm and 300cm in steps of 30cm so we dont need to trow away any material.
